Our booth will feature an exciting array of artworks by established and in demand contemporary artists from our roster and inventory.
We are pleased to present 'Daisy Chain' and other paintings by New York artist Marylyn Dintenfass (b. 1943). Renowned for her bold, vibrant abstract paintings for decades, her color drenched works explore themes of emotion, memory, and organic movement, creating layered, immersive and impactful works of sensual beauty.
This marks her first showcase following the passing of her late husband, Robert Driscoll, during COVID. A major figure in the art world, Driscoll’s gallery was a cornerstone of the New York scene for 40 years. More than a presentation of her work, this exhibition serves as a tribute to Dintenfass’ extraordinary career and artistic journey.
We will also feature a painting by acclaimed artist Natvar Bhavsar. This rare work, held in the same collection for 30 years, showcases his signature technique—dispersing powdered pigments onto the canvas and guiding them with air currents, breath, and movement.
Bhavsar developed this process in the 1960s and ’70s while working among his New York contemporaries, including Mark Rothko and Barnett Newman. His methods result in rich, multi-layered compositions with depth, movement, and vibrancy.
In addition, we will exhibit works by highly in-demand artists sourced from a prominent private contemporary art collection in Palm Beach. This includes a rare black-and-white photograph of Andy Warhol by acclaimed photographer Michael Halsband (b. 1956), a mixed media oil and fabric work by Ghanaian born Patrick Quarm (b. 1988), which exemplifies his signature technique of cutting circular openings into the canvas and folding them outward to reveal layers of African print fabric.
Furthermore, we will also feature 'Untitled' (2016) by Ruby Sky Stiler (b. 1979), an in-demand contemporary artist who has garnered significant attention and recognition. This work reflects her meticulous process of cutting and assembling foam pieces, fitting them together like a complex puzzle. Through this layered composition, Stiler reinterprets historical aesthetics from a contemporary perspective, blending traditional motifs with modern techniques.
We will highlight stunning works by renowned artist Mimi Herbert (b. 1936), celebrated for her bold explorations of minimalist geometric forms and vibrant color. A prominent figure in the Washington Color School of the 1970s, Herbert gained recognition for her unique acrylic sheet sculptures, notably her striking interpretations of the American flag motif.
We will also feature works by prominent artists from our roster, such as 'The Jazz Garden IV' by Wosene Worke Kosrof (b. 1950). Kosrof, one of the first African contemporary artists to gain international recognition, creates work inspired by African and Western artistic traditions, American jazz, and the dynamic interplay of language and culture. Hunt Slonem (b. 1951), will exhibit 'Glisten Hutch' and other works. Slonem is widely regarded as one of the great colorists of his time, and employs a bold, fauvist palette to highlight his iconic motifs of bunnies, butterflies, birds, and flowers.
We will also showcase a selection of exciting new works by contemporary artist Eugene Healy (b. 1948), known for his abstract collage-paintings of New England and Connecticut shore towns and and local beaches, and Amy Feigley-Lee (b. 1979), regarded for her exploration of geometric abstraction in wood sculptire and complex placement of found wallpaper. In addition, we will feature captivating photography by DJ Leon (b. 1948) whose works often focus on popular places and social gathering, themes of leisure and pop culture, nature and enjoying life.
Finally, we are pleased to present highly anticipated new sculptures by Santa Fe artist Sheryl Zacharia. Renowned for her table-sized ceramics, Zacharia has consistently achieved full sell-through at every fair she has participated in over the past few years. Zacharia’s works engage in a dialogue between geometry and fluidity. Blending technical brilliance with a lyrical approach influenced by nature, music, and painting, her sculptures reflect a deep fascination with form, color, and pattern.
